The CAD&CAM software we using include: Auto CAD, pro/e, UG, solidworks, strong file format transportation capacity make sure that we can open the drawings of most of the format, we also use mold flow to do dynamic simulation, temperature variation analysis and residual stress analysis, so we can avoid the wrong gate position problems as well as the asymmetrical cooling problem, also we can reduce the cost and the production cycle.Reasonable mould design is essentially important to extend the mold life and ease demoudings.
